Are you looking for a place to shine? Have
you been wanting to create things and do neat stuff? Want to join a small
team that thinks big? How about joining a place where you can make a difference
... where you can shine? GeoprobeŽ Systems could be the right place for
you!

"I'm encouraged to
try new ideas and think a different way!"
-- Greg.
GeoprobeŽ Systems designs and manufactures
direct push subsurface equipment and tooling for the environmental and
geotechnical industries. And as the leader in the industry, the company
strives to find people who are willing to think outside the boundaries,
to be the best and break new ground. From an initial idea, through the
design and testing process, to the presentation of a new product to the
market, Team Geoprobe works together exchanging ideas and mapping out
the best way to bring the project to the guy in the field.

"When you're
the one out in front, you get to determine how to run the race."
-- Richard.
It doesn't matter if it hasn't been
done before. Direct Push machines were unheard of 15 years ago. Pushing
sampling tools into the ground over 100 feet was unheard of 10 years ago.
People at GeoprobeŽ Systems continue to try things that haven't been tried
before. We specialize in doing things that others can't.

"On
a scale of 1 to 10, I've been treated like a 12!" -- Mike.
It's visible during a walk-through
of the company facilities ... people enjoy working at GeoprobeŽ Systems!
It comes from a philosophy that funnels down "from the top."
People are treated with respect and treat each other in kind. This "team"
approach ... supporting each other and working together ... enables Team
GeoprobeŽ to better support the customer. And that support translates
into acceptance and higher regard in the marketplace.

"I'm
given direction but I can use my own ideas." -- Troy.
Freedom is a key word in the GeoprobeŽ organization. Individuals are encouraged
to stir their creative juices and proceed with projects without being
constrained by predetermined results. GeoprobeŽ machines were initially
designed to collect soil gas samples ... now look at the possibilities!
All because someone had "another idea...."

"It's
great seeing the owners every day, working along side of us."
-- Tony.
Mark Abker, 66DT Design Team Project Engineer, accepted National Ground
Water Association's 2000 Equipment Design Award in Las Vegas in December
2000 on behalf of Team Geoprobe. Mel Kejr, Darin Huelsman, Larry Screen,
and Mark participated in all aspects of the development of the Model 66DT,
including research, design, manufacturing, and assembly which spanned
several years. The award is presented each year to an individual(s) for
excellence in the design of equipment that enhances safe operation, promoting
safety as well as efficiency, and ease of operation.

"Every employee
is key to making the company work." -- Barbara.
From fabrication to assembly, from
customer service to research and development, Team Geoprobe's philosophy
is to help each customer succeed. Whether it's making sure machine parts
fit correctly, or that tool instructions are written accurately, every
person is key in the scope of a project. Each person brings a distinct
flavor to the mix that translates into excellent -sometimes award-winning
- products made by a unique company.
There are many doors still unopened, newer
and better tools just waiting to be designed for the Direct Push industry.
Are you interested in opening one of those doors? Are you ready to shine
with a bright, energetic company? Call or send in your resume to GeoprobeŽ Systems to see if your star is ready to shine.
