No more pouring bentonite chips down the
probe hole and hoping for the best! The Geoprobe® Grout and Injection Machines assure
you that the hole is sealed completely. . . from the bottom up! This allows
probe operators to meet state requirements for bottom-up sealing of boreholes.
Grout Machines Geoprobe®
Systems manufactures the first grouting system designed specifically for
Direct Push applications. With powerful reciprocating (piston) pumps,
the Geoprobe® Grout Machines can easily deliver standard ASTM grout
or bioremediation materials through 1.25-inch diameter Geoprobe® probe
rods or through 3/8-inch (1/4-inch inside diameter) polyethylene tubing.
This grouting system also eliminates the need for expensive progressive
cavity pumps.
GS1000
Grout Machine
Self-contained grout machine used to pump various
grouts for hole abandonment and construction of monitoring wells.
GS500
Grout Machine
Designed to receive power supply from
vehicle. The GS500 grout machine is used to pump various grouts for hole
abandonment and construction of monitoring wells.
Injection Machines The GS500 and GS1000 grout machines were introduced in the mid 1990's as a means of pressure grouting holes to meet hole abandonment requirements. After their introduction, we found these same pumps being used to inject remediation products into the subsurface. The injection of Oxygen Release Compound (ORC®) marked the beginning of a whole new market for direct push equipment.
DP800
Injection Pump
For injection of low-viscosity materials
such as potassium/sodium permanganate.
GS2000
Series Grout Machine
Designed specifically for injection of
the bioremediation products HRC® and ORC®.
May also be used for grouting applications.
Geoprobe® Grout Machines Feature:
Allow liquid sealing materials (grout)
to be used for direct push applications.
Eliminate bridging of grout materials
partway down the probe hole.
Prevent incomplete seals with void spaces
for contaminant paths.
Deliver high-pressures to pump cement
and/or bentonite slurry to the bottom of the probe hole. Grout from
the bottom UP!
Properly seal abandoned holes from all
Geoprobe® direct push sampling and direct sensing applications.
Enable sealing materials to be pumped
into well annulus during monitoring well installation.
Suitable for injecting bioremediation
products such as ORC®.
Capable of delivering standard ASTM grout
through small diameter (1-in.) probe rods or through 3/8-in. (1/4-in.
ID) polyethylene tubing.
Are built solid and simple for long-term
use with easy cleanup.
Eliminate the need for expensive progressive
cavity pumps.
Can be used to inject bioremediation materials
through Geoprobe® 1.25-in. probe rods.
