GeoprobeŽ 7000 Series soil probing machines are the next generation of direct push efficiency! In just five years the Geoprobe® 6620DT, and the longer stroke 7720DT, became mainstays in the industry. These machines found their way on a wide range of projects requiring an even wider range of specialty accessories and tooling systems. In response, customers started asking for more features and just a little more power to tackle the field challenges being encountered. It was also clear that customers wanted to maintain the same, small compact size that can be easily transported on the same transportation equipment they already own. In short, customers wanted more capacity … more features … but the same size. Now that’s a challenge! But Geoprobe® usually finds a way to meet the challenge! Which brings us to the Geoprobe® Model 7822DT, shown to the public for the first time April 16th, 2009, at the Geoprobe® Open House event in Salina, Kansas. And judging by the response at the event, Team Geoprobe® has successfully responded to the request of Geoprobe® customers again. And once again, the engineering staff has met the criteria that you, our customers, have given us: MORE POWER ... MORE OPTIONS ... SAME SIZE. These fully-accessorized direct push machines are equipped with Geoprobe® Systems' powerfully engineered percussion hammer, an optional Augerhead attachment, a wide stance for added stability, and extra power for heavy-duty site investigation needs. This machine is especially ideal for Dual Tube Soil Sampling with 3.25-inch probe rods, setting permanent monitoring wells with Geoprobe® 5 ft. Prepacked Screens, and logging. |
