Instructions for use:

1. Right-click on "Tools Order Form" link and select "Save Target As."
2. Browse to the location on your hard drive where you'd like this file placed and click "Save."
3. Open the file from your hard drive, edit and save.
4. Send by email as an attachment to toolsorder@geoprobe.com.

Or,

1. Click on the link above and view the file within your web browser.
2. Enter your ordering information.
3. Within your web browser save the information you've entered. Go to "File/Save."
4. Next while still within your web browser go to "File/Send/Page by Email".
5. After email window launches enter the following:
   To: toolsorder@geoprobe.com
   Subject: Tools Order
6. Send the file. (Attachment should already be included.)
